Position Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Chef to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and a passion for working with fresh, high-quality ingredients.


Chef Key Responsibilities:

A talented, driven and approachable Chef with a minimum of 3 years previous experience:

  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and effi cient service.
  • Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and order food supplies.
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring quality and consistency throughout all stages of production and supply, including maintaining portioncontrol of all dishes.
  • Ensure hygiene standards are always achieved and hygiene regulations areenforced.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and behaviour throughout the kitchen andmaintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Available to work on a 7-day rotating roster and weekends.

  • Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a Chef or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure to a high standard
